On June 20, 2026, the Founding Conference of the All-Russian Public-State Organization "All-Russian Society of Inventors and Innovators" (VOIR) took place at the National Center "Russia" in Moscow.

The Congress brought together over 250 delegates from 70 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as numerous distinguished guests. Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Chernyshenko, delivered a welcoming address from the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.

Among the key objectives of VOIR are organizing work with youth and integrating its events into educational programs at all levels. As for the regional branches of VOIR, they are tasked with establishing cooperation with veterans of the Special Military Operation to promptly address scientific and technical challenges facing the defense industry.

A total of 68 regional organizations were established, including the Moscow City Organization (a branch of the public-state organization) of VOIR, whose delegation, headed by its chairman Dmitry Zezyulin, took an active role in the Founding Conference proceedings.

This integration into the state scientific-industrial structure positions inventive and innovative activity in the Russian Federation for a significant leap forward, ensuring it reaches the high level demanded by today's challenges.
