Ulyanovsk Hosts the IV International Forum of Innovators, Inventors and Technology Entrepreneurs “Creating the Future”
А delegation from the Moscow City Council of the All-Russian Public-State Organization “All-Russian Society of Inventors and Innovators” (VOIR) took part in the IV International Forum of Innovators, Inventors and Technology Entrepreneurs “Creating the Future”. The delegation was led by Dmitry Ivanovich Zezyulin, Chairman of the Council. The Forum was held in Ulyanovsk from September 17 to 18, 2026.
The Forum featured the exhibition “Inventions and Innovation Potential of the Ulyanovsk Region” and the conference “Developing Youth Invention as an Investment in the Nation's Scientific and Technological Development”. It further included round tables, seminars, lectures, master classes, and a meeting bringing together heads of VOIR regional organizations.
Following the Forum, a ceremony was held to present diplomas to the winners and finalists of the regional competitions “Best Invention” and “Best Rationalization Proposal”.
Dmitry Ivanovich Zezyulin addressed the Forum with a report on creating inventors' collectives of the All-Russian Public-State Organization “VOIR” at industrial enterprises, organizations, universities, and colleges. Dmitry Ivanovich also invited the Forum organizers and participants to the XXX Moscow International Salon of Inventions and Innovative Technologies “Archimedes”. The Salon will take place in Moscow from March 16 to 18, 2027, as the collective exposition part of the Ulyanovsk branch of the All-Russian Public-State Organization “VOIR”.
Special attention should be given to the large number of young inventors at the Forum and to its impressive and varied business program.
