The Moscow City Council of the Military Academy of Sciences and the Committee on Inventive, Rationalization and Patent Licensing Activities of the «League for Assistance to Defense Enterprises Association» summed up the results of the year
at the «A. Lyulka Design Bureau»
On December 25, 2025, an expanded meeting of the Moscow City Council of the Military Industrial Complex and the Committee on Inventive, Rationalization and Patent Licensing Activities of the League for Assistance to Defense Enterprises Association was held on the topic «Features of the commercialization of REED at defense industry enterprises and organizations of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation» at the A. Lyulka Design Bureau of the UEC-UMPO branch in Moscow.
The expanded meeting was attended by members of the Committee on Inventive, Innovation and Patent Licensing Activities, members of the MGO and MGO VOIR, represantatives of ROSPATENT, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, FIPS, leaders and specialists of defense industry enterprises.
The audience was greeted:
- Evgeny Yuvenalyevich Marchukov – General Designer and Director of the A. Lyulka Design Bureau of the UEC-UMPO branch.
- Kalinin Viktor Valerievich – Deputy Head of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (ROSPATENT).
- Sorokin Sergey Viktorovich – Head of the Group of the Intellectual Property Rights Management Department of the Department of Intellectual Property of Military-Technical Cooperation and Expertise of Arms and Military Equipment Supplies of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
The following speakers addressed the plenary session:
- Vadim Ivanovich Obrazhey, Head of the Intellectual Property Department of the A. Lyulka Design Bureau of the UEC-UMPO branch.
- Andrey Lvovich Zhuravlev, Head of the Center for International Cooperation at the Federal Institute of Industrial Property.
- Evgeny Alexandrovich Livadny, Head of Intellectual Property Projects at Rostec State Corporation.
- Fyodor Georgievich Gray, Deputy Head of the Department of Technical Support for Lighting and Decorative Design Programs at United Energy Company JSC, who spoke about the organization's activities.
The meeting summed up the results of the work of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and the Committee on Inventive, Innovation and Patent Licensing Activities of the League for Assistance to Defense Enterprises Association for 2025, and also outlined and approved work plans for 2026.
Within the framework of the meeting, active participants of the events held by the MGS VOIR and the Committee on Inventive, Innovation and Patent Licensing Activities of the League for Assistance to Defense Enterprises Association in 2025 were also awarded.
Dmitry Ivanovich Zezyulin, Chairman of the Moscow City Council, presented the medal "For his High Contribution to the Development of Invention" to Evgeny Yuvenalyevich Marchukov, General Designer and Director of the A. Lyulka Design Bureau of the UEC–UMPO branch.
The gratitude of the MGO VOIR was awarded:
- Anton Sergeevich Makarychev, Chief Designer for Industrial Engines of the A. Lyulka Design Bureau of the UEC-UMPO branch.
- Gusenko Sergey Mikhailovich, Deputy Head of the Department of the A. Lyulka Design Bureau of the UEC-UMPO branch.
- Korolev Viktor Vladimirovich, Senior Software Engineer at the Design Department of Electronic Systems of the A. Lyulka Design Bureau of the UEC-UMPO branch.
The honorary diploma "For contribution to the development of invention and innovation" was awarded to:
- Gogaev Georgy Pavlovich, the leading product designer of the A. Lyulka Design Bureau of the UEC-UMPO branch.
- Anton Geroldovich Tereshko, Chief Specialist in Strength Testing, Head of the Department of the A. Lyulka Design Bureau of the UEC-UMPO branch.
The honorary diploma "For contribution to the development of invention and innovation" was awarded to:
- Maxim Vladimirovich Kuzmin, First Deputy General Designer – Chief Designer of the A. Lyulka Design Bureau of the UEC-UMPO branch.
- Victoria Gerasimova, Deputy Head of the Intellectual Property Department of the A. Lyulka Design Bureau of the UEC-UMPO branch.
